As a class project in 2018, I assembled a collection of poems my mother had written, along with a life story she wrote back in 1999, into a booklet and had it published. I called the project “Gedichte aus meinem Herzen“, which means “Poems from my Heart”. It was my first and only project using Adobe Illustrator, and taught me a great deal about the world of page layout and publishing. In December of 2023, I published the Third Edition of the book, including new poems written since the second edition, new artwork, and an expanded life story. Click here to view.
